Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal information held by IRONDOM, including information associated with signing in through Facebook.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@irondom.com with the subject IRONDOM Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the email address associated with your IRONDOM account. If your request concerns Facebook Login, mention that you used Facebook to sign in.
3. Tell us whether you want to delete information associated with Facebook Login or request deletion of your IRONDOM account and related personal information.

Where possible, send your request from the email address associated with your account. If you no longer have access to that email address, explain this in your message so that we can help verify your identity. Do not send passwords or payment card details.

What happens next

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will review your request and respond in a timely manner as required by applicable law.

Deletion requests are subject to applicable legal exceptions. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce applicable contracts and policies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Facebook Login and your Facebook account

This process concerns personal information held by IRONDOM. It does not delete your Facebook account or information held independently by Meta.

Removing IRONDOM from your connected apps in Facebook settings disconnects the app. To request deletion of information already held by IRONDOM, also send the email request described above.
